With almost 40 years experience in the public and private sectors, Alan has an excellent track record in delivering business growth through strong financial planning, successful ICT deployment, performance management and the implementation of International standards. His high level of expertise in managing joint Health and Social Care projects was developed during senior roles with Cheshire County Council and the Department of Health and he is an ISO international standards auditor. Alan is a firm believer in creating strong partnerships to deliver improved service outcomes.

Daron Davidson

Chief Operating Officer

Daron has a strong background in customer service management, his career having started at Telewest Communications Plc and continued at Reality Group (Great Universal Stores Plc). He went on to join G-T-P Group as Customer Service Manager one month before it launched its first card scheme in 2001 and rose to become Chief Operating Officer. In 2011 he joined William Wilson at Directlogic Ltd as a Senior Consultant, undertaking a series of interim assignments transforming businesses with his knowledge and experience of cost reduction, business strategy and process management while helping to lay the foundations for GLOBAL-365 PLC.

Fiona Atkinson

Non-Executive Director

Fiona Atkinson is the Founder and MD of Sky High Achievers, a chain of award winning childcare centres. Previously Fiona created, built up and sold a chain of nurseries in the North West of England using experience gained during her 12 year career as a Course Manager and Lecturer for Stockport and Cheshire Colleges from 1998 to 2010. With a background of professional excellence as a coach, trainer, educator and manager, Fiona has a strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining quality staff along with demonstrable success in business development.

Ken Greatbatch


Ken specialises in the creation of shareholder value in private equity and publicly owned international businesses. Formerly CFO at AZ Electronic Materials S.A., a London Stock Exchange listed company, Ken brings to the Board extensive experience in finance and the management of international public companies. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and began his career in the accounting profession before moving into financial management in multinational companies. He joined Laporte Plc. in 1988 and went on to become Group Finance Director of BTP Plc. and CFO of Vantico S.A. He also has Non-Executive Director experience as Chairman of Legg Mason Income and Growth Trust Plc and The Skills Market Ltd. Ken’s key task is to be responsible for the running of the board.

Kinsley Ransom

Chief Technology Officer

With an exceptional track record in large scale project delivery, Kinsley has worked in senior ICT development for a number of commercially successful companies in the finance and manufacturing sectors using extreme programming methodologies. These companies include Fyshe Horton Finney, Marshall Plc and Zest Media Plc. As the Founder and Managing Director of RedRansom Ltd, Kinsley pioneered and specialised in creating and managing virtual development teams on a project by project basis. His expertise covers developing software to enable standalone systems to communicate with each other including the integration of internet and smartphone applications.

Nick Makinson

Chief Financial Officer

Nick is a CIMA qualified Management Accountant with extensive experience of working with new, developing and fast growing businesses. As a highly experienced finance team leader he has an outstanding track record of preparing and presenting accurate and timely reporting within agreed deadlines. Nick was part of a management team that took a start-up company, Bglobal, to an AIM listing in 3½ years, and he has also been part of a team that successfully completed a management buyout.

Ron Hiller

Chief Commercial Officer

With a strong background of achievement and leadership in the financial sector, Ron held management positions at Debenhams, Provident Finance, Allders and Courts prior to joining Essex County Council as Income Manager. He pioneered and led Essex Guardians, a specialist safeguarding team to manage the financial affairs of vulnerable adults. With 22 employees, the operation achieved a net profit of £750k in the first 2 years and controlled £28m of client assets. Ron’s exemplary commercial acumen combined with his in-depth experience of sales and marketing and his commitment to social justice makes him the ideal person to lead GLOBAL-365’s sales operation.

Steve Smith

Non-Executive Director

Steve is the Director, Competition and Regulatory Strategy at Lloyds Banking Group, a member of the Bank’s Retail Management Committee, a Director at Flipper an automated energy switching service and a Council Member of the Regulatory Policy Institute, an independent, charitable organisation dedicated to the study of regulation and deregulation. After being awarded a BSc, Economics (First Class) and a MSc, Economics and Econometrics (Commendation) at Bristol University, Steve joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services where he quickly became a Senior Associate working in the energy industry internationally. In 1999 he joined Ofgem where he held a number of senior positions on the Board including Managing Director, Markets, Managing Director, Networks and Senior Partner, Local Grids and RPI-X@20. Steve is a strong believer in social justice and brings to GLOBAL-365 PLC a rare combination of in-depth insight into the financial, payments and energy industries and their regulatory arrangements. His international experience aligns with GLOBAL-365 PLC’s intention to deliver disruptive technology globally to benefit the most challenged people in society.

William Wilson

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

William’s career began in financial services with Lloyds & Scottish Finance before he joined Xerox, rising to run the UK Advanced Systems Division. He subsequently joined AVM, an international management consultancy advising and acting mainly for investment funds, with a client list including JP Morgan Cazenove, Imperial Life and Lazards. In 2001 William founded G-T-P Group which became the UK market leader in the operation of own label B2B account cards, winning blue chip clients including Homebase, Johnson Controls, PC World, Pilkington, Staples, Travelodge and Wolseley. Milestones included developing CAPTURE™, one of the fastest credit decisioning engines in Europe, enabling credit accounts to be opened for creditworthy businesses in less than 20 seconds. In 2009 William left and subsequently founded GLOBAL-365 PLC. William’s key objective is to continually update the company’s strategic vision and maintain its market leadership through innovation.

Scruff Wilson

Chief Promotional Officer

Born in Telford and rescued shortly afterwards from the monotony of a Birthdays store by William Wilson, Scruff has since led a charmed life. Spurning formal education in favour of watching 4Music he has developed an unprecedented appreciation of bling and its power to change the life of everyone for the better. In 2015 he founded and has subsequently endeavoured to combine the development of this business with promoting the social justice agenda of GLOBAL-365 PLC and the Sunday Times campaign to legitimise the correct labelling of Manuka Honey.
